SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – They are the stuff of exotic flights of fancy.
Seaplanes invite thoughts of Caribbean sunsets and island-hopping. But seaplanes are also here and the view can’t be matched by helicopter or boat.
As CBS News 8’s Shawn Styles reports, it’s a unique way to experience San Diego.
I went to Catalina as a child, family rented a seaplane.
Great experience! I love flying, however that seaplane ride will
forever be in my heart.
